Cube in a bottle. This bottle came with a milky glaze on the glass that was flaking off. Most of the finish as scraped off in the cleaning, but some of it remains. The glass surface is not perfectly clear and there are some scratches and tool marks visible. It seems like the original finish could be used on bottles not passing QA for clear bottles to make an alternate product for waste glass.
